1793 S-11b R4 Wreath Cent with Lettered Edge G4. Variety with Two Leaves following DOLLAR. Sharpness VG8 but moderate granularity covers the fields and protected areas on both sides while the highpoints are smooth. No verdigris, and the only marks are a couple small nicks on the hair left of the jaw and a thin planchet fissure across the top of the head under BERT. Slightly glossy olive brown and steel with lighter chocolate toning on the devices. The date and legends are easily readable, but portions are weak, especially the fraction. The Lettered Edge feature is bold. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
