1779 Rhode Island Ship Token without Wreath Breen-1139 PCGS graded VF30, CAC Approved. Variety struck in brass with VLUGTENDE removed from below the ship. Slightly glossy dark olive brown and steel with lighter golden tan in protected areas. No marks or other defects, but there is a bit of dirt caked into protected areas. The date is bold and the legends are complete. The Heard provenance is noted on the PCGS label. Listed on page 52 in the "Redbook." Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
