Lot 89

1827 N-11 R1 PCGS graded MS62 Brown, CAC Approved. Lustrous olive brown and dark steel with a trace of mellowed mint red at the date. No spots or stains, but there are a few tiny contact marks on the cheek and in the field before the mouth and chin. The reverse is flawless. LDS with minor crumbling on the brow and more crumbling tucked between the nose and upper lip. Our grade is MS60. Noyes says MS60 and tied for CC#10, his photo #20502. The attribution and Koshkarian provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 9 finer for the variety. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
