1802 S-230 R1 PCGS Genuine, VF Details, Scratch. Slightly frosty dark steel brown and chocolate. The surfaces are a bit dull thanks to uniform extremely faint granularity. No verdigris, only a few inconspicuous old contact marks. The notable ones are a fine scratch down the neck, a line of small ticks in the hair above the ear, a dull rim nick well right of the Y in LIBERTY, and a light scratch at CA in AMERICA. Rare TDS, Breen state X, with a raised retained cud break between the die cracks through the top of the wreath. Looks better than it may sound, and a proper brushing may bring more natural gloss to the surfaces. Our grade is VF25 sharpness net F15.
