1804 C-8 R1 Spiked Chin ANACS graded EF40. Dark steel brown and chocolate with traces of frosty lighter steel brown toning in protected areas on the reverse. No notable marks, but the planchet is a bit dull thanks to a layer of natural oxidation and some dirt. This piece needs a bath to uncover its underlying frosty beauty. M-LDS, Manley state 5.0, with a raised retained cud break at LI. The "Spiked Chin" feature is clear. Our grade is VF35, perhaps a bit higher if given a proper bath. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Estimated Value $300-UP

Realized $494
