1865 Quarter Dollar Round PCGS MS64. PCGS graded MS-64. Light golden toning with reflective fields. This obverse die has 14 stars mostly of varying sizes and shapes, as this same die had been used a few times before and had been repolished by the coiner for continued use in striking these coins. The reverse shows repunching on the 65 of the date. Satin smooth devices stand tall against the fields. Desirable in every way. Pop 6; none finer. Tied for the finest at either grading service for the variety (PCGS # 10683) Estimated Value $300 - 350
