1813 S-292 R2 VG7+. Off Center. Very slightly sharper with microscopic roughness under rather glossy chocolate brown and olive toning. No verdigris, only a few minor contact marks. The notable marks are three nicks that look like incuse dentils on the unstruck part of the rim behind the head. Struck 10-15% off center to K-8 leaving the bottom part of the 18, stars 1-5, and most of UNITED STATES off the planchet. An attractive mint error in spite of the imperfect surfaces.
