1811 S-287 R2 PCGS graded AU55, CAC Approved. Glossy chocolate brown delicately mixed with slightly lighter and darker shades of brown and chocolate. Attractive satiny mint luster covers all but the highest points of the devices and the eye appeal is excellent. A tiny flake on the diagonal of the N in CENT is the best identifying mark. LDS, Breen state VI, with the upper points of stars 8 & 9 bent towards the rim due to flowline wear. A nice cent. Our grade is AU50. The attribution and March Wells provenance are noted on the PCGS Label. Estimated Value $3,000-UP
