1862, 10c Fractional Currency. First Issue, perforated edges, without monogram. Fr-1241. KL-3214. Although slightly off center and with a couple of minor scuffs on the back which account for the grade, this perforated "no monogram" 10¢ example faces up nicely and would not look out of place in a set of higher grade notes.
