Lot 687

1828 N-9 R4 VF30. Ten points sharper but lightly cleaned and retoned frosty light olive and steel with overtones of sea-green and light bluish steel. No contact marks but there are traces of extremely faint porosity in the obverse fields and a bit of shallow crud under the second A in AMERICA. The eye appeal of this cent is quite nice in spite of the microscopic flaws. MDS.
Estimated Value $500-UP.
