1794 C-6a R5+ Liberty Cap facing right AG3. Small Edge Letters. Rather glossy medium olive brown and steel. The devices are mostly smooth while microscopic roughness covers the fields and protected areas. No verdigris, and the only mark is a tiny chip on the rim over the first S in STATES: essentially just well worn. The date is not strong but it is easily readable, and more than half of the legends on the reverse remain visible. Weight 95.2 grains.
