1794 C-5a R4+ Liberty Cap facing right G6. Small Edge Letters. Several points sharper with tiny pits scattered over the obverse and specks of greenish verdigris sprinkled over the reverse. A few of the verdigris specks on the reverse have been abraded leaving dull scratches in a few places, but they are visible only under magnification. Mostly glossy medium steel and olive brown. LDS, Manley state 2.0, with die clashmarks on the obverse, a die state considered to be very rare by Manley. The date is bold and the legends are clear. The reverse is rotated 45 degrees CW. Weight 104.3 grains.
