1794 C-3a R5 Liberty Cap facing right VG7. Small Edge Letters. Several points sharper but covered with extremely fine roughness on all but the highpoints, which are smooth. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. The two-tone appearance accents the devices and adds to the eye appeal. EDS, Manley state 1.0, before the small bulge formed right of the date. The date and legends are complete and easily readable. A decent example of this rare variety. Weight 90.3 grains.
