1836 Pattern Dollar. Silver Plain Edge. Judd-60. Pollock-65 Rarity 1 Restrike Korein 413.1 Grams. PCGS graded Proof 63. Lovely gunmetal-gray toning on both sides with clean fields and devices. A particuarly handsome example of this prized issue, which is so often found clean bright or with dipped out surfaces--this regal antique example will certainly please any specialist and is worthy of a strong bid. The mirror fields are well preserved and the eye appeal is excellent. Pop 20; 9 finer, 7 in 64, 2 in 64+ (PCGS # 11227) .
