1904 St. Louis World's Fair commemorative medal. Hendershott-30-280. NGC graded MS-65. Bronze, 50 mm. A large format medal designed by De Paulis and struck in Paris with a cornucopia as its mint mark. The obverse depicts four allegorical figures, representing Europe, Asia, South America, and North America respectively. The reverse bears a much simpler design with only a four-line inscription "St. Louis 1904 America Welcomes The World".
