1802 S-236 R1 PCGS graded VG8. Mostly glossy light chocolate brown with darker chocolate toning in protected areas. The surfaces are smooth and show only minor contact marks consistent with the grade. The notable marks are a few old pin scratches through the E in UNITED. LDS, Breen state VIII, with a cud break at STA. Struck 60% off center to K-4 leaving all of the date off the planchet. An impressive mint error. Our grade is consistent with the PCGS grade.
