1851 C-1 R1 Second 1 Repunched PCGS graded MS63 Brown. Beautiful light bluish steel brown. The strike is very sharp and the fields on both sides are smooth and covered with delicate satiny mint frost giving this piece outstanding eye appeal. No spots or stains. The only marks are a few very tiny ticks in the field off the tip of the nose. The repunching to the right of the base of the second 1 is sharp but the fine die polishing lines at NIT are gone. Our grade is MS62. The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are shown on the PCGS label. PCGS population 3; 4 finer, 2 in 64, 1 in 65, 1 in 66 for the variety. Estimate Value $350 - UP
