Islands off Thrace, Thasos. Silver Drachm (3.75 g), ca. 390-335 BC. Wreathed head of bearded Dionysos left. Reverse: ΘAΣ-I-ΩN, Herakles, draped with lion's skin, drawing bow while kneeling right; in inner right field, cicada left; all in linear square border within incuse square. Cf.
