1811 C-2 R3 Repunched 8 PCGS graded VF25. Glossy medium chocolate brown with lighter steel brown toning on the devices. No spots, stains, or roughness, only small contact marks scattered over both sides. The notable marks are a thin diagonal nick over star 13, a collection of tiny digs under AL in HALF, and a small rim bruise over the second T in STATES. EDS Manley state 1.0, with no die clashmarks on the obverse. The repunching at the lower left of the 8 is sharp Our grade is VF20 sharpness net F15+.
