1853 N-17 R1 Repunched 1 AU58. Frosty light olive and steel brown with traces of faded mint red in protected areas. There is an area of darker reddish chocolate toning in the field before the face but no notable contact marks. Sharply struck E-MDS, die state a late. The repunching left of the base of the 1 is clear and the diagonal die lines from the dentils under the date are weak but visible. Estimate Value $275 - UP
