1853 N-7 R2 PCGS graded AU58, CAC Approved. Very attractive uniform glossy medium brown and light chocolate with mint frost in protected areas. Smooth and nearly flawless offering excellent eye appeal. The only notable mark is a short, fine scratch into the dentils right of star 13. Nicely struck E-MDS, die state b early. The earliest die lines at the inner curl and ED-ST are gone and the field around ED-STAT is starting to show fine die roughness. Fresh die polishing lines show in the obverse fields. Our grade is AU50. The attribution and Iskra provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; none finer for the variety at PCGS. Estimated Value $150-UP
