1853 N-6 R1 PCGS graded AU58. Misaligned Obverse. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate with a hint of woodgrained effect on the obverse. Mint frost shows in the protected areas on both sides. The best identifying marks are a tiny pinprick on the chin and a light nick on star 6. EDS, die state a, with die lines from the dentils at star 2. The obverse is misaligned to K-9 but the reverse is properly centered on the planchet. Our grade is AU50. The attribution and Iskra provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 5 finer, 2 in 63, 2 in 64, 1 in 65 for the variety at PCGS. Estimated Value $150-UP
