Flown MLI Blanket Shuttle Discovery August, 1997. Mission flown (STS-85) MLI discrepant blanket from Shuttle Discovery (OV-103) flown 12 days in space boasting a total of 190 orbits. Complete with parts tag and end item control number and paperwork dated Febrauary 25,1998. Measures 15 x 10", stamped in red ink on both sides, scrap and in excellent condition. Discovery is now in its new permanent home, the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center after a wildly received fly-over the Washington DC area in 2012. Estimate Value $250 - 350
