Collection of 12 Early Shuttle Materials, Vehicle Assembly Badges, Schematics, Brochure, Shuttle Straps. A fine collection of early Shuttle materials beginning in 1970s to early 80s. Included are 15 Security Vehicle Assembly Building Badges in four different colors a total of 8 laminated for display on lanyards, and 7 non-laminated. Also included is an early NASA Public Affairs brochure, color illustrations by Robert McCall in good condition signed by Don Peterson who flew on the Challenger on Mission STS-6, a bay liner strap and shield with tags and parts documents (flight status not known), an engineering schematic of wing construction at the Grumman Aerospace Corp. in Bethpage, NY as well as a commemorative cover with the "Space Shuttle Wing - Grumman" logo and specs printed to the left side.
