Scarce Apollo 1 (AS-204) Vintage Patch Plus a Post-Apollo 1 Test Sample of Fire Resistant Insulation for Wiring. Two Apollo 1 (AS-204) related pieces in the offer. First a scarce Apollo 1 vintage original patch with impeccable provenance and COA. The second is an example of the Post Apollo of the progress made in the insulation and fire safety of electrical wiring after the January 27, 1967 tragedy inside the Apollo 1 Command Module. The pair of wires sample shows the Kapton film developed by Dupont used as an insulator for electrical wiring.
