Exceptional Contemporary Sterling Silver Necklace and Pendant. Many Native American jewelry makers are stepping out of their traditional style and engaging in pieces of jewelry that some call Native American couture. In the offer is this stunning sterling silver necklace with 24 hand crafted cylinders each masterfully etched with the same thunderbird-like design. Pendant is an irregularly shaped polygon with inlay of agate, mother of pearl, coral and turquoise. Marks on verso stamped Sterling and jeweler's mark H R. Necklace measures 26", pendant measures 2 x 1" and affixes with clasp on verso and can easily be removed so necklace can be worn plain. Appears never to have been worn and comes with original jeweler's case and box. A lovely piece. Estimate Value $500 - 800
