Roman Near East, ca. 3rd-4th Century AD, Selection of Bronze Rings. Lot includes 16 signet rings, one signet seal, one bead, all bronze, plus two silver-based signet rings. The rings were cast with engraved designs on most of the bezels, including trees, an anchor, a scorpion, a bird, and one with the Greek letters "ZOH" and "KAΓA". The signet seal has a winged horse with foreleg raised and facing left. Varying ring sizes. Total weight: 91 gm. Estimate Value $400 - 500
