Lalique Crystal Nemours or Cactus Flower Bowl, One of Their Most Popular. René Lalique (1860 -1945), one of the leading French artists of the art-deco movement certainly made his mark with his crystal creations with his company enjoying immense popularity long after his passing. One of the most successful, contemporary designs is this combination of frosted and clear crystal with black enamel details. A dense pattern of small pressed flowers that graduate down in size each flower with a black enamel dot as its center. This design is often referred to as " the cactus bowl" due to the design mimicking many flowers of the desert. Offered is the 4½" x 10", with grey and gold Lalique sticker and in virtually mint condition. One of the few Lalique bowls that are substantial enough to use as a serving piece. No box. Estimate Value $800 - 1,200
