18 Sequential Vintage Playboy Magazines From Their First & Second Years June 1954 - Dec. 1955. One of the landmark cultural touchstones in American pop-culture history, Playboy Magazine made publisher Hugh Hefner a household name, it ushered in the "sexual revolution" and of course led the fore in amazing interviews, excerpts of novels, editorials and featured articles. These issues are incredible look back to the 1950s are in overall very good to fine condition. Some of covers have surface rub but otherwise quite nice. These are from the archive of a photographer employed by the magazine in the first two years of publication. Collection is 18 issues beginning with the June 1954 edition and ending with the December 1955 edition. Collection includes the First Anniversary Issue, December, 1954. All in individual sleeves.
