Lot of (2) Two Belt Knives. Lot of (2) Knives. (1) is a Large 20th century copy of a 19th century 'Bowie-style' belt knife, made in the 1980's. 10" single edge clip-point blade with the left side etched panel LAND OF FREEDOM, THE PATRIOT, SELF DEFENDER, PROTECTED BY HER BRAVE VOLUNTEERS harshly sharpened and pitted from being in a wet leather scabbard/sheath (the scabbard/sheath destroyed). Horn grip scales and German silver guard and pommel slabs depicting a raised horse 'coffin-style'. 14.5" overall. (2) is another example in the style of the 19th century with a 11.25" single edge clip-point blade marked 'WOSTENHOLM SHEFFIELD', steel guard, and wood grip, circa. 20th century. No scabbard. Estimate Value $300 - 500
