Stereoviews of Bidges - Group of Approximately 20, Primarily 19th Century. Stereoviews include: the Brooklyn Bridge - one showing it being built, from the Brooklyn side, and one of people walking across; the suspension bridge over Niagara Falls (7 various views); and bridges in Le Roy, N.Y.; St. Louis; Cincinnati (3); and Minneapolis. Also included is the Victoria Bridge over the St. Lawrence River; St. John's Church, Chester (England); Britannia Bridge (between the island of Anglesey and the mainland of Wales); and Crumlin Viaduct, a railway viaduct located above the village of Crumlin in South Wales. In addition to the stereoviews, two vintage photos are included: a 5¼ x 8½" photo of a bridge in St. Helens Hall, Oregon, and an 8¾ x 10¾" photo of a bridge crossing the Ohio River between Newport, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. The latter bridge, called the Central Bridge, was completed in 1890 and demolished in 1992. Some soiling, occasionally fading, but overall very good condition. Estimate Value $300 - 400
