Published in Bologna by Giacomo Monti and dedicated to Giovanni Battista Cornaro Piscopia, Procurator of San Marco. Featuring a diagram of the human body with a double overlay (two additional layers) showing the organs in the chest and abdominal cavity, which are identified by the letters A through Z., with descriptions in the left column. The remainder of the body, from the head to the feet, is identified by the numbers 1 through 11, with descriptions given in the right column. At the bottom center of the page, in two short columns are given medical remedies for various problems of the various parts of the body.
