Pulitzer Prize Winning AP Photo Autographed by Kim Phúc and Photographer Nick Ut. Hunh Công Út, known professionally as Nick Ut was a Vietnamese American photographer for the Associated Press and captured one of the most horrifying and iconic photos of the Vietnam War near Trang Bang after an accidental South Vietnamese Air Force napalm attack killing four villagers. Phan Thi Kim Phúc the child in photo was badly burned, tearing off her burning clothes while running to escape. Offered here is a carefully trimmed page from LIFE Magazine of the historic photo autographed by the photographer, Nick Ut, as well as by Kim Phúc, the subject of the biography The Girl in the Picture: The Kim Phúc Story, the Photograph and the Vietnam War by Denise Chong.
