U.S., Airmail Postal History, 1926-27, First Pan American Flight Cover Signed by 8 Crew Members, Exploded cover bearing 29 different stamps as franking on front and back. Reverse bears hand written note confirming that this cover traveled on the airplane 'St Louis' an US Army flight 'through Mexico, every nation of Central and South America and to Washington DC via the West Indies.' Note is signed by 8 crew members including the pilot. All bold signatures. Most unusual flight cover. Fine to very fine.
