New Testament Coinage. Phoenicia, Tyre. Silver Shekel (14.06 g), ca. 126/5 BC-AD 65/6. CY 158 (AD 32/3). Laureate bust of Melkart right. Reverse: T[YPOY IEPAΣ] KAI AΣYΛOY, eagle standing left on prow, palm on far wing; in left field, date ([P]NH) and club; in right field, KP above monogram; between legs, no letter(?). Hendin 1620. DCA Suppl. 373. Very Rare - struck the final year of Jesus' ministry. NGC grade XF; Strike: 4/5, Surface: 4/5. Estimate Value $1,500 - 2,000

The KP issues were probably struck at Jerusalem. Hoard finds confirm this theory.
