Lot 689

1803 S-262 R3 Small Date & Fraction NGC graded F15. Slightly glossy very dark steel and olive brown with uniform microscopic granularity under the toning. No verdigris, and the only notable mark is a very old "X" scratched at the curl on the neck. E-MDS, Breen state II, with a die line slanting through the bust into the field near the neck. The date is bold and the legends are clear. Our grade is F15 sharpness net VG10. The attribution is noted on the NGC label. Estimate Value $200 - UP
