1810 S-285 R2 Classic Head PCGS graded AU55, CAC Approved. Attractive frosty light to medium chocolate brown. Flowline luster covers the protected areas on both sides and this cent offers excellent eye appeal. The only notable marks are a barely visible tick on the jawline over the front edge of the neck and a planchet chip on the rim over the upright of the E in STATES. M-LDS, Breen state III, with dull die cracks on the obverse and die clashmarks on the reverse. A very nice 1810 Classic Head cent. Our grade is EF40. The attribution and Fricke provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 3; 1 finer in 63 for the variety. Estimate Value $2,500 - UP
