1798 S-158 R4 Style I Hair, Small 8 PCGS graded VG10. Slightly glossy olive brown and chocolate. No corrosion or verdigris, but there are tiny contact marks scattered over both sides. The only notable marks are a light rim bruise under the bust tip and a hairline scratch through the bottom of RIC. Rare M-LDS, Breen state V, with a strong cud break that connects NI in UNITED to the rim above. The date is strong and the legends are complete. Noyes photo #39208. Our grade is VG8. The attribution and Reynolds provenance are noted on the PCGS Secure label. Estimate Value $800 - UP
