Macedonian Kingdom. Perseus. Silver Tetradrachm (15.27 g), 179-168 BC. Pella or Amphipolis, ca. 173-171 BC. Ay…, magistrate. Diademed head of Perseus right. Rev. BAΣI-ΛEΩΣ ΠEP-ΣEΩΣ, eagle with wings displayed standing right on thunderbolt; in right field, magistrate's monogram: AY; above, MA monogram; between legs, Φ; aall within oak wreath; in exergue, plow.
