Two hand-colored engravings: "Portrait of A Man of the Sandwich Islands with his Helmet," by Nobel, and "A Young Woman of the Sandwich Islands," c. late 18th century, both 9" x 6½", both matted to 15" x 12½". Excellent condition and very attractive, London Publishing, Paternoster Row. Sandwich Islands is the name given by James Cook in 1778 for the Hawaiian Islands. $300 - 400
