(1) is a Prussian sword of the World War I period with a brass guard with Lion's head pommel and a 31.25" curved single edge blade etched with the name 'M. Hurler', 'In Treue Fest' (Steadfast in Loyalty) motto of the Kingdom of Bravaria (1805-1918). 36" overall and no scabbard. (2) is a German World War II Nazi Officer's sword with brass guard with Lion's head pommel set with red stone eyes and a 32.5" curved single-edge blade marked 'SIEGFRIED ERNST PACK 7 SOHNE M.B.H. WAFFENFABRIK SOLINGEN'. No scabbard. $400 - 800
