Antique 18th Century Indian Gauntlet Sword (Pata). Extremely appealing 18th Century sword utilizing double-edged blade, characteristic iron hilt including a pair of shaped panels extending over the base of the blade covering the markings. Embossed outer surface with reinforced borders, over the hand shaped panels, steel grip bar and an iron arm support. No scabbard. 36" blade, overall length 47". $800 - 1,200
