AN ANTIQUE 19TH CENTURY BRASS/BRONZE SIGNAL CANNON. An antique 19th century brass/bronze signal cannon. 14" barrel with a .90 cal. bore. The breech marked with two unidentified PROOFS and 'ORANGE, MASS' (part of Springfield, Massachusetts). Steel bolt through the cascabel to secure to mount. Barrel has been polished and mounted on an old modified brass oar-lock and set in a block of wood for display. $1,000 - 2,000
