1797 S-125 R5 ANACS graded VG10 Details, Corroded. Sharpness near VG10 but uniform very fine granularity covers the fields and protected areas on both sides. Medium chocolate brown and steel. No verdigris. The only mark is a thin diagonal nick in the hair under the E in LIBERTY. MDS, Breen state II, with obvious swelling from the 97 through the bust into the field before the neck and chin. The second 7 is still readable in spite of the swelling, while the rest of the date and all the legends are complete and clear. Our grade is net G6. Estimated Value $150-UP
