1969 Flown U.S. Flag That Traveled to the Moon on Apollo 11. 5½ x 4" U.S. flag FLOWN on Apollo 11 mission (7/16/69 - 7/24/69.) Flag was mounted on cardstock with autopen signatures of the crew strictly to enhance display. Flown flag is from a long time resource of premium authentic space ephemera, a 20+ year veteran of the Johnson Space Center, who was presented the flag directly by the flight crew. The flown flag has been in the possession of the family, until making it available for auction. Still in its simple, original frame since January 1970 as noted and dated on verso.
