Egyptian Wooden Ptah-Seker-Osiris Figure in Polychrome. Ptolemaic Period 304-30 BC. The obelisk is hollow and would have contained a scroll. The mummiform figure wears a crown of double plumes representing the upper and lower kingdoms with a vertical column of hieroglyphics. Exhibits normal aging and a few old repairs.
