1882 Liberty Seated 50C PCGS MS66. PCGS graded MS-66 PQ. Lovely rainbow toning on both sides around the edges with deeper hues around the rims and brightening to gorgous tawny gold inside the stars, and blazing white brilliance to the centers. Amazing quality surfaces and rich, vibrant eye appeal throughout. Reflective fields as often seen as the dies were still highly polished from the normal die production process, but so few coins were struck the original die polish never wore away. Only 4,400 minted of which merely 800 examples are estimated to have survived, and this one is clealry one of the finer examples known today. Pop 9; 3 finer, 2 in 67, 1 in 68 (PCGS # 6364) Estimated Value $6,000 - 6,500
