1847 N-38 R1 NGC graded MS64 Brown. Lustrous medium chocolate brown and steel. Satiny and attractive, free of any spots, stains or distracting contact marks. A thin vertical nick low on the neck over the 8 is the best identifying mark. LDS, die state d (Newcomb's old #16). The die lines at the inner curl are gone and a small clashmark shows at the bottom of the neck. The reverse is rotated 20 degrees CCW. Our grade is MS60+. Estimated Value $400-UP
