Lot 337

1831 N-7 R1 Large Letters Reverse PCGS graded AU58. Lustrous medium olive and chocolate with hints of underlying very faded mint color on the obverse and 15% of the reverse showing faded mint red. There is a delicate scuff in the field between star 3 and the nose and another on the cheek, and these scuffs break the toning. Otherwise this cent is choice. LDS with crumbling in the notch on the right side of the R in AMERICA. Our grade is AU55. Housed in an older generation PCGS slab with a green label. Estimated Value $300-UP
