1843 N-8 R3 Petite Head, Small Letters, Repunched 184 NGC graded MS63 Brown. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate with underlying frosty luster peeking through in the fields and protected areas. Essentially flawless but there is a touch of friction on the highest points of the devices. A small spot of darker toning on the bottom edge of the ribbon loop is the best identifying mark. MDS, die state b. There is minor crumbling between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip. The repunching on the 184 remains visible. Our grade is AU50.
